UK Delivery

We currently deliver to all over the UK. Available delivery services and prices will be displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times begin after dispatch, not from the moment the order is placed.

Tracking

Where a tracked service is used, tracking details may be provided after dispatch. Please allow time for tracking information to update.

Delivery Delays

Courier and postal delays can occasionally occur. If your order appears significantly delayed, please contact us at saanjh.jewels23@gmail.com and include your full name and order number.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for checking their delivery address carefully before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Lost Parcels

If you believe your parcel has been lost, contact us with your order number. We may need to review tracking, contact the delivery provider, open an investigation, and confirm delivery information. Each case will be handled according to the circumstances and applicable consumer law.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please retain the outer packaging, inner packaging, shipping label and damaged item. Contact us as soon as possible with clear photographs.
