We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. However, screen settings can affect colour; lighting can affect appearance; photography may affect perceived shades; measurements may be approximate; handmade or hand-finished pieces may vary; stone placement may vary; decorative details may vary; patterns may differ slightly; packaging may change; and images may not represent exact scale. Minor variations are not necessarily faults.
5. Glass Bangles
Glass bangles are fragile by nature. They may crack, chip or break if dropped, knocked, bent, crushed, forced onto the hand, worn in an unsuitable size, stored incorrectly, exposed to excessive pressure, or mishandled. Customers must handle glass bangles carefully. Damage caused after delivery by accidental damage, forcing, incorrect sizing, misuse or improper storage is not normally evidence that the product was faulty when supplied. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
6. Bangle Sizing
Customers are responsible for checking sizing information before ordering. We strongly recommend measuring a bangle that already fits; checking the inner diameter; reading our full Bangle Size Guide; checking all product-specific sizing information; and contacting us before ordering if unsure. Fit can vary depending on hand width, knuckle width, hand shape, wrist size, bangle design and personal preference. Any sizing advice from Saanjh Jewels is general guidance only and does not guarantee fit. Where statutory rights do not require otherwise, we do not provide a voluntary refund or exchange solely because the wrong size was selected.
7. Materials and Allergies
Products may include plated metals, mixed metals, alloys, imitation stones, glass, beads, crystals, artificial pearls, decorative components, adhesives and other fashion-jewellery materials. Unless expressly described otherwise, customers should not assume that products are made from solid gold, sterling silver or another precious material. Customers with allergies or sensitivities should review available information carefully and contact us before ordering if clarification is required. We cannot guarantee suitability for every individual sensitivity unless expressly stated.
8. Natural Wear and Tarnishing
Fashion jewellery can naturally change over time. Depending on materials and care, this may include tarnishing, fading, discolouration, loss of shine, scratching, plating wear and loosening of decorative components. This may be accelerated by water, perfume, sweat, creams, oils, hairspray, chemicals, humidity and unsuitable storage. Natural deterioration caused by ordinary wear or inappropriate care is not necessarily a fault. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
9. Jewellery Care
Customers should avoid unnecessary water exposure; remove jewellery before showering; remove jewellery before swimming; avoid direct perfume contact; avoid hairspray and chemicals; store pieces carefully; protect glass bangles from impact; avoid sleeping in delicate pieces; and handle embellishments carefully. Care guidance does not guarantee indefinite preservation.
10. Prices & Pricing Errors
Prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges may be added separately. Prices may change, but changes will not normally affect an already accepted order. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may contact you to proceed at the correct price or cancel the affected order. Where payment has been taken for a cancelled order, the relevant amount will be refunded.
11. Placing an Order & Acceptance
Before ordering, customers must check product, quantity, size, colour, delivery address, contact information and personalisation information. The customer is responsible for information submitted at checkout, subject to applicable law. An automated acknowledgement does not necessarily mean an order has been accepted. We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary.
12. Availability & Payment
All products are subject to availability. Adding an item to a basket does not reserve it. If stock becomes unavailable after ordering, we may cancel and refund the affected item. Payment must be made through methods available at checkout. Customers confirm that they are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
13. Promotions, Discounts & Giveaways
Discount codes may expire; apply only to selected products; require minimum spend; exclude certain collections; be limited to one use; exclude delivery; and be non-combinable. Giveaways may have separate rules covering eligibility, dates, entry method, winner selection and prize conditions.
14. Pre-Orders & Bridal Jewellery
Pre-order items are not necessarily available for immediate dispatch. Estimated dates may change because of supplier/production delays, transport delays, or customs. Bridal products may be delicate, detailed, or heavier than everyday jewellery. Customers should review measurements, contents, colours and care info before purchasing.
15. Personalised and Bespoke Goods
Where products are genuinely personalised, custom-made, engraved, altered to customer specification, or made specifically for a customer, different cancellation rules may apply where permitted by law. This does not remove rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods.
16. Delivery, Address Changes & Lost/Damaged Parcels

Due to hygiene considerations and the delicate nature of our products, Saanjh Jewels does not provide additional voluntary change-of-mind returns, refunds or exchanges beyond rights required by law. Where applicable, consumers purchasing eligible goods online generally have 14 days after delivery in which to communicate cancellation, subject to exceptions (GOV.UK). 18. Hygiene Exceptions & Earrings
Where goods are genuinely sealed for health-protection or hygiene reasons and are not suitable for return once unsealed, the statutory cancellation exception may apply after the seal is broken. Earrings present particular hygiene considerations because they may be worn through pierced ears. Where earrings are supplied in appropriate sealed hygiene packaging, and the legal exception applies, the cancellation right may be lost after the hygiene seal is broken.
19. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods
Nothing in these Terms removes legal rights concerning goods that are faulty, not as described, incorrect, or otherwise non-conforming. UK government guidance requires appropriate remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods, and unfair terms cannot be used to avoid responsibility for such goods (GOV.UK). Our branding and original content (including logos, photographs, videos, graphics, written copy and website design) must not be commercially copied or reproduced without permission, except where permitted by law. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
